What can NLP coaching offer? It is sometimes called the 'science of success' since the approach and its tools are based on the in depth study of key people who have been leaders in their fields of work.  It also enables the 'coachee' ways of minimising negativity from the past and creating an irresistible future. It is holistic. NLP Coaching addresses the person's identity, beliefs, skills and behaviour so changes are long standing and congruent to the person's sense of themselves.
 
How does it work? In summary, it is a partnership where the coach works with the 'coachee' to take stock, clarify goals and move towards them.  Each 'coachee' has tailored NLP coaching sessions lasting at least 1 hour. Normally by the third session significant and lasting change has been achieved. When the NLP coaching is complete coachees often have made siginifcant progress towards their goals, know themselves better and have learnt techniques which are invaluable in a wide variety of future situations.
