For many years Insightful Solutions has helped individuals with career change, managing redundancy and interview performance through training courses and personalised NLP coaching. We have also helped organisations improve their recruitment policies and grow the interview skills of their managers.

Currently, our individually tailored NLP coaching is designed to help individuals:

The coaching is tailored to individual's needs looking at their situation (facing redundancy or feeling trapped in a job), their values and aspirations and skills.  It will help them to identify thinking patterns which maximise their options and enhance their sense of confidence. The coaching can look at all forms of presentation including CVs. covering letters, networking and formal interviews. NLP Coaching will enable them to manage their feelings about the past whether it be redundancy or a desire for career change and then go on to develop a realistic personal plan which takes into account the challenges that they may come across in seeking their next role.
